Instructions

This activity sign up form must be filled out once per individual with their own unique email address.

You will use the email address provided to make changes to your record in the future or recover your private link (if necessary). So, it’s very important when filling out the activity sign up form to not provide a duplicate email address (one that has already been used by another participant). For example, a husband and wife cannot share the same email address when filling out the form. Additionally, a family of four participants would necessitate that each of the four family members submit the sign up form separately and with unique email addresses.
BARC membership as well as an amateur radio license are not required to participate in any of the activities. If you do not have a callsign, simply leave that form field blank. While communications is the obvious focus of our clubs involvement in these events, there are a variety of additional support roles that can typically be filled.
After clicking the “Submit” button you will be redirected to a page letting you know that your information was successfully recorded. You will also receive a confirmation email shortly thereafter. It is important to save this email as it will contain a private link to your sign up record that is unique to you. This private link can be used at any time to come back to this page and edit your sign-up preferences. Not to worry, if you have lost this email you can retrieve your private link by clicking HERE.

If after clicking “Submit” you are still seeing this form, it is because one or more entries under “Personal Info” is invalid. In this case, please correct the error and click “Submit” again.
